The go-e Charger Gemini flex 11/22 kW is a portable AC charger with a Type 2 socket (EN 62196-2): mount it on its wall bracket, or take it off and travel with it. The key thing before buying: how much power you get depends on the socket and adapter you use, not just the variant. Natively it plugs into a red CEE socket — 16 A three-phase for 11 kW, 32 A three-phase for 22 kW. go-e's own adapters (sold separately) step either variant down to a blue CEE 16 A or a household 16 A plug, single-phase — each step lowering the ceiling. With current adjustable in 1 A steps across 6–32 A, this gives go-e's published power ladder: 1.4 – 3.7 – 7.4 – 11 – 22 kW. Connectivity is WiFi 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz) only — no LTE/eSIM like the wall-mounted Gemini 2.0, so remote control needs its own WiFi. It supports OCPP 1.6, static load balancing, and RFID (1 chip included, up to 10 users), rated IP65/IK08. Dynamic load balancing and PV-surplus charging both need the separate go-e Controller. The DC module (6 mA DC / 20 mA AC) does not replace the external Type A RCD an electrician must install. 3-year warranty; EN IEC 61851-1:2019 and EN IEC 62752:2016/A1:2020 compliance is TÜV Rheinland-verified.

Independent opinion
What this device is actually good for, and when something else is worth a look.
The Gemini flex suits someone who wants one charger for several places — a permanent wallbox at home, plus a holiday house, a campsite, or a relative's driveway when needed. Pick the 11 kW variant for a red CEE 16 A connection, the 22 kW variant for 32 A — either steps down to a weaker socket via an adapter when you travel. Treat adapters as a separate purchase: without a red CEE socket you need a go-e adapter to a blue CEE 16 A or household 16 A socket, and each one clearly caps the power below the unit's maximum. The Type 2 socket also means the vehicle-side cable is bought separately — a plus if you already own one, an extra cost if not. Have solar panels and want the surplus, or need dynamic load balancing? The charger alone cannot do that — it needs the separate go-e Controller, sold on its own. An electrician still has to add an external Type A RCD and an upstream circuit breaker, since the built-in DC module (6 mA DC / 20 mA AC) does not replace them. Not suited to billing across multiple users either — the meter has no MID certification, it is view-only.
If solar-surplus charging or dynamic load balancing needs to work from day one without a separate purchase, the go-e Gemini flex 22 kW + Controller bundle is the better fit.
Zestaw go-e Gemini 2.0 22 kW + Controller – ładowanie z zarządzaniem PVIf you want a permanently mounted station with cellular connectivity independent of your home Wi-Fi, look at the wall-mounted go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 instead of this portable version.
Stacja ładowania EV - go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11/22 kWIf you need an MID-certified meter for billing between tenants or a fleet, this charger does not offer one — it is worth comparing business-line stations such as the Alfen Eve Double Pro-line.

Not on its own. The charger only has built-in static load balancing; charging from PV surplus and dynamic load balancing both need the separate go-e Controller, or your own integration through the open API.
No. The charger has a Type 2 socket (EN 62196-2), and the vehicle-side cable is bought separately as an accessory.
No. The Gemini flex has WiFi 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz) only, with no built-in LTE/eSIM. Control away from the local network needs the charger connected to its own WiFi; without internet it still works locally, via the button on the unit.
The manufacturer gives it a 3-year warranty, and EN IEC 61851-1:2019 plus EN IEC 62752:2016/A1:2020 conformity is verified by TÜV Rheinland.
