The Elinta CityCharge Mini2 is a wall-mounted, twin-outlet AC charging station in a compact housing — built for garages, residential car parks, office buildings and smaller commercial sites with no room for a freestanding pedestal. It has two Type 2 sockets, each rated up to 22 kW on a three-phase 32 A connection, for up to 44 kW combined. The factory-default configuration is two independent power inputs (with RCM residual-current monitoring) — so each socket can get its own circuit and charge at full power independently of the other. A single shared power-input option is also available — in that case the built-in Dynamic Load Management splits the available power between the sockets. The station also supports cloud-based group power balancing via Elios Cloud and via OCPP, useful when several stations share one car park. Two independent MID meters let you bill each session separately. The IP54/IK10 aluminum housing (IK08 screen) runs from -25°C to +50°C, authorization is by RFID/NFC card or mobile app, and OCPP 1.6 JSON integrates it with a management system.

Independent opinion
What this device is actually good for, and when something else is worth a look.
This is a fit for multi-bay garages, residential car parks, office buildings and smaller commercial sites where serving two cars at once matters, in a compact wall-mounted housing rather than a freestanding pedestal. The factory-default configuration is two independent power inputs (with RCM residual-current monitoring), so both Type 2 sockets can charge at the full 22 kW at once without competing for a shared feed — worth confirming with your installer up front, since the alternative single-shared-input option needs the built-in Dynamic Load Management to split power instead. The station also supports cloud-based group power balancing via Elios Cloud and via OCPP, useful when several stations share one car park. Two independent MID meters and RFID/NFC or app authorization let you bill each session separately, and OCPP 1.6 JSON integration with Elios Cloud or another CPMS makes it easier to manage several stations at once remotely. The manufacturer states a 5-year warranty (with an option to extend by 2 years) and an operating range of -25°C to +50°C. It isn't a choice for a single-car household — a simpler single-outlet charger is enough there.
If you need a station with factory-attached cables instead of sockets, check the same manufacturer's CityCharge V2 Plus — a larger, freestanding station with Type 2 cables.

The factory-default configuration is two independent power inputs with residual-current monitoring (RCM) — each Type 2 socket then has its own circuit and can charge at up to the full 22 kW independently of the other, with no power split. The manufacturer also offers a single-shared-input option — in that installation, the built-in Dynamic Load Management dynamically splits the available power between the two sockets. The station additionally supports cloud-based group power balancing via Elios Cloud and via OCPP, useful when several stations share one car park.
This CityCharge Mini2 variant has two Type 2 sockets — the driver connects their own cable. The manufacturer also offers a variant with factory-attached cables, but that is a separate product in the lineup.
