Scania BEV rigid (L / P / G cab)
624 kWh installed and up to 400 km in the city — Scania sells one platform under the L, P and G cabs here, not three models.

The EvCompass verdict
The key arguments drawn from the published data and the EvCompass editorial summary.
The regional range of 370 km is lower than the urban 400 km, which sounds the wrong way round but describes reality: in a city, regenerative braking works without pause. Continuous power of 240 kW is modest next to the tractors, because the job is different — this is municipal and distribution equipment. Configurable through the same Scania Polska network as the tractors.
Strengths
- A 400 km range, 624 kWh battery and optional 750 kW MCS give the rigid platform a broad working range.
Weaknesses
- The quoted 400 km for urban work and 370 km for regional work are not one result, so body and duty cycle change range.

Price and availability
What it costs and whether it is available in Poland
Published price evidence and the Polish availability answer, kept together for a buying decision.
The manufacturer publishes no price for this vehicle.
In heavy transport that is the rule rather than the exception — makers quote on request.
No public list price for any Scania BEV. The Polish market survey covering heavy electrics quotes PLN 1.5-2.5 m net across the N3 segment; rigids sit at the lower end. NFOSiGW grant up to PLN 750k per N3 vehicle.

Available in Poland
Offered by Scania Polska on the same configurator as the tractors; L, P and G cabs with 4x2, 6x2, 6x2*4, 6x4 and 8x4*4 wheel configurations are all listed on the Polish product page. No individual Polish rigid delivery has been separately publicised.

Research notes
The sources and research notes behind the figures, claims and editorial assessment.
IMPORTANT FOR THE EDITOR: Scania does NOT market 'G BEV', 'P BEV' or 'L BEV' as distinct models. There is one modular BEV platform; the letter is the cab and the number badge is the continuous power (e.g. 40 G, 45 R). This record aggregates the urban and regional RIGID configurations of that platform so the catalogue has a distribution entry - it is not a Scania product name. motorPowerKwCont is set to 240 kW, the top rating of the EM C1-2 two-speed machine that Scania positions as the '9-litre equivalent' for urban and municipal rigids. Rigids can also be specified with the EM C1-4 (270-440 kW) or the EM C3-6 (400/450 kW), in which case power matches the 40/45 records. axleConfig is deliberately null: 4x2, 6x2, 6x2*4, 6x4 and 8x4*4 are all offered, plus a 6x4 tandem bogie for construction. Axle distance 3250-6350 mm. Battery figures given are the 624 kWh installed / 480 kWh usable six-pack that Scania quotes for the urban and regional rigids; the seven-pack 728/560 option also applies. Same Northvolt-to-MAN cell-supply caveat as the tractor records.
