The EvCompass verdict
The key arguments drawn from the published data and the EvCompass editorial summary.
A hundred-unit series from the end of 2026 is intended for customer deployment rather than sale — still a demonstration phase, only at scale. The 101 kWh battery is there to smooth the fuel cell's output, not for electric driving. Hydrogen remains an infrastructure barrier in Poland, not a technical one.
Strengths
- More than 1,000 km on one fill and 10–15 minute hydrogen refuelling create a clear long-haul profile.
Weaknesses
- The 101 kWh battery is an FCEV buffer rather than a chargeable traction pack, so it cannot be compared with BEV batteries.

- 101 kWh
- On charging
- FCEV - not plug-in. Refuelled with subcooled liquid hydrogen (sLH2) in 10-15 min; the 101 kWh LFP battery is a buffer, not a chargeable traction pack.

- Measurement basis
- Manufacturer: well over 1,000 km on a single tank filling at full load. Refuelling takes 10-15 minutes using the sLH2 (subcooled liquid hydrogen) standard.
This is a hydrogen vehicle — the figure describes range on one tank fill, not on a battery, and is not comparable with battery-electric range.
These are manufacturer-published figures gathered through EvCompass research.
Price and availability
What it costs and whether it is available in Poland
Published price evidence and the Polish availability answer, kept together for a buying decision.
The manufacturer publishes no price for this vehicle.
In heavy transport that is the rule rather than the exception — makers quote on request.
No price published. A 100-unit small series from the end of 2026 is intended for customer deployment rather than open sale.
Poland
Not available in Poland
No. Only a 100-unit small series is planned from the end of 2026, and full series production is not targeted before the early 2030s. No Polish availability, and Poland has no liquid-hydrogen refuelling for trucks.
Charging infrastructure
Recommended chargers
Chargers matched to the vehicle's published power or to a clearly stated duty profile when that figure is missing.
This vehicle does not publish its own DC charging power. The chargers below are matched to a charging profile typical for this class of vehicle (around 375 kW), not to a figure this vehicle publishes.

*** HYDROGEN FUEL-CELL VEHICLE (FCEV), NOT BATTERY-ELECTRIC. *** Added alongside the GenH2 Truck because it is the production successor and carries fully published specs; label it clearly wherever it sits next to BEVs. Specs: cellcentric twin fuel-cell system, 300 kW total (2 x 150 kW); liquid hydrogen up to 85 kg in two tanks (2 x 42.5 kg); LFP buffer battery of 101 kWh; eAxle with two electric motors, 340 kW in Economy mode and 370 kW in Power mode (motorPowerKwCont/Peak reflect those two drive modes rather than a conventional continuous/peak rating); refuelling 10-15 min on the sLH2 standard; range well over 1,000 km at full load. Derived from the eActros 600: same integrated e-axle, same aerodynamic ProCabin (9 % better drag coefficient), same Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2. Wheelbase shortened by 150 mm to 4,000 mm for better trailer compatibility. New: hydrogen leak detection that permits overnight stays in the cab, improved tank protection panels, integrated boil-off management. Plan: 100 small-series units, deployment from the end of 2026, built at Woerth; full series production targeted for the early 2030s. No GCW or payload figure was published at the reveal - left null rather than assumed to match the GenH2's 40 t / 25 t.
