The EvCompass verdict
The key arguments drawn from the published data and the EvCompass editorial summary.
This is a conversion, not a factory chassis: GINAF fits its own DuraDrive powertrain into a DAF CF, DAF LF, Mercedes-Benz Actros or Econic glider, spanning 16,000-50,000 kg. 350 kW is the top option, the two-speed TM 350-2S, matched to this weight band, but GINAF does not say which motor is standard, so treat that figure as a ceiling, not the norm. Range of 150-300 km depends on the 130-250 kWh pack and the body fitted. One GE2121, a converted DAF XF, served Electreon's public wireless electric-road test in June 2023 as a 50-tonne truck with a 376 kWh pack and a 400 kW driveline — that is the demonstrator's data, not the catalogue spec.
Strengths
- One unit served as the demonstrator in Electreon's public wireless road-charging test in 2023.
Weaknesses
- GINAF lists CCS fast charging as an option but gives no maximum DC power, leaving the stop-time performance undefined.

Price and availability
What it costs and whether it is available in Poland
Published price evidence and the Polish availability answer, kept together for a buying decision.
The manufacturer publishes no price for this vehicle.
In heavy transport that is the rule rather than the exception — makers quote on request.
No public price. Quoted per project.
Poland
Polish availability not established
No published Polish dealer or importer; built to order in Veenendaal, Netherlands.
Charging infrastructure
Recommended chargers
Chargers matched to the vehicle's published power or to a clearly stated duty profile when that figure is missing.
This vehicle does not publish its own DC charging power. The chargers below are matched to a charging profile typical for this class of vehicle (around 350 kW), not to a figure this vehicle publishes.

Research notes
The sources and research notes behind the figures, claims and editorial assessment.
RETROFIT / CONVERSION BUILDER. Donor chassis named in GINAF's own EV-Series brochure: DAF CF, DAF LF, Mercedes-Benz Actros or Mercedes-Benz Econic glider, 16,000-50,000 kg GVW/GCW - this is the heaviest thing GINAF electrifies and the only one that reaches 50 t combination weight. Driveline is GINAF DuraDrive; the 350 kW / 3,500-10,500 Nm two-speed TM 350-2S is the top option in the brochure and is the one that suits this weight band, but GINAF does not state which motor is standard per model, so treat 350 kW as the top of the range rather than a fixed spec. GINAF's GE2121 (a converted DAF XF) was the vehicle Electreon used for its public wireless electric road demonstration in June 2023, described there as a 50-tonne truck with a 376 kWh (4 x 94 kWh) Gen-3 pack and a 400 kW driveline - those figures are Electreon's for that one demonstrator and do NOT match the catalogue brochure, so they are recorded here rather than in the spec block. GINAF says it has built hydrogen and full-electric trucks for over 10 years and that all of them are still on the road.
