The EvCompass verdict
The key arguments drawn from the published data and the EvCompass editorial summary.
The company's site is live but carries no product pages, no press release has appeared since about 2022, and no insolvency filing was found either — three signals that together add up to nothing certain. A 150 km range at 44 tonnes is short even for regional distribution. Treat this entry as unconfirmed.
Strengths
- 400 kW of power and up to 150 km of range cover both the drivetrain and the practical limit of Framo’s first configuration.
Weaknesses
- Manufacturer status unconfirmed — no product pages and no news for years.

Price and availability
What it costs and whether it is available in Poland
Published price evidence and the Polish availability answer, kept together for a buying decision.
The manufacturer publishes no price for this vehicle.
In heavy transport that is the rule rather than the exception — makers quote on request.
No list price found in any source I could reach, contrary to expectation - Framo quotes per project and its website carries no pricing.
Poland
Polish availability not established
No Polish dealer identified. Framo is a small Saxon/Thuringian converter selling mostly into the German market.
Charging infrastructure
Recommended chargers
Chargers matched to the vehicle's published power or to a clearly stated duty profile when that figure is missing.
This vehicle does not publish its own DC charging power. The chargers below are matched to a charging profile typical for this class of vehicle (around 160 kW), not to a figure this vehicle publishes.

Sources and research
Research notes
The sources and research notes behind the figures, claims and editorial assessment.
STATUS CAUTION - PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING AS ON SALE. Framo GmbH (founded 2014; registered addresses in Langenbernsdorf, Saxony and Loebichau, Thuringia) began building battery-electric commercial vehicles from 7.5 to 44 t in 2016, converting MAN chassis with a modular drive and battery concept. Battery storage 57-318 kWh using long-life NMC cells rated up to 9,000 cycles at 100 % DoD, which Framo equates to well over 1 m km. The first fully electric semi-tractor was shown at NUFAM 2019 with 400 kW and a 231 kWh pack for 130-150 km. Bodies include flatbed, box, refrigerated, refuse, swap-body, skip loader and semi-trailer. PROBLEM: the framo-eway.com site carries a 2021 copyright and publishes no model pages or spec tables (the /vehicle-select page is just four application categories), and I found no press coverage after 2021-22 beyond a hydrogen-truck plan with FES GmbH. I could not find any insolvency filing either. Company status in August 2026 is therefore UNCONFIRMED - I have recorded in-production on the strength of the live site, but this is the weakest status call in the group. Framo was flagged in the brief as likely to have published prices; I found none.
