Beiben (North Benz / 北奔重汽) V3 BEV 25 t 6x4 tractor

The EvCompass verdict
The key arguments drawn from the published data and the EvCompass editorial summary.
Without a range figure it is hard to judge whether the 4-minute battery swap has any practical point — the alternative is a 1.5-hour recharge through two DC guns. 360 kW of peak power and a 25-tonne gross weight point to a regional tractor, not an urban one. Beiben exports diesel trucks widely to Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, but does not offer the electric version outside China, and most of the data comes from a single secondary source.
Strengths
- Battery swapping takes about 4 minutes, while the alternative dual-gun recharge takes 1.5 hours, giving the truck two concrete energy-refill paths.
Weaknesses
- No range is given anywhere, and most of the specification comes from a single press article.

Price and availability
What it costs and whether it is available in Poland
Published price evidence and the Polish availability answer, kept together for a buying decision.
The manufacturer publishes no price for this vehicle.
In heavy transport that is the rule rather than the exception — makers quote on request.
No Chinese guide price found. Beiben's BEV tractor does not appear in the chinatruck.org pure-electric tractor listing that carries guide prices for its competitors, and the export dealer pages quote on request only.
Poland
Not available in Poland
n/a - China-only. Beiben exports diesel trucks widely (Africa, Middle East, SE Asia) but the BEV is not offered in the EU.
Charging infrastructure
Recommended chargers
Chargers matched to the vehicle's published power or to a clearly stated duty profile when that figure is missing.
This vehicle does not publish its own DC charging power. The chargers below are matched to a charging profile typical for this class of vehicle (around 350 kW), not to a figure this vehicle publishes.

Sources and research
Research notes
The sources and research notes behind the figures, claims and editorial assessment.
Beiben (North Benz) does build a battery-electric 6x4 tractor, but it is the thinnest-sourced record in this group. Specs come almost entirely from one secondary source, The Autopian's survey of Chinese electric semis: 282 kWh CATL LFP, 360 kW (483 hp), top speed 80.89 km/h, 4-minute battery swap, 1.5-hour dual-gun recharge, 25 t 6x4. No range figure is given anywhere and none has been invented. The truck is NOT in the chinatruck.org pure-electric tractor database, which carries type approvals and guide prices for every other Chinese heavy BEV tractor in this group - so no MIIT model code, no dimensions, and no price could be confirmed. Export dealer pages (beiben.cc, beiben-trucks.com, nusatama.com) describe a 300-500 hp permanent-magnet electric driveline with Mercedes-Benz-derived hub reduction and market it for mining and port work, but they carry no verifiable battery, range or price data and read as brochure copy. Treat every figure here as manufacturer/press-claimed and unverified.
